Tweet & Taste on May 17th with Lake Michigan Shore Wineries

Our friends Shannon and Cortney Casey at MichiganByTheBottle are teaming up with four Lake Michigan Shore wineries, including St. Julian, Domaine Berrien, Round Barn Winery, and Warner Vineyards for the third Tweet & Taste Michigan event, and we’ll be right there twittering along with them. The first two virtual tastings were great successes, and this one should be every bit as much fun.

On hand will be the winemakers, master sommelier Claudia Tyagi, several local wine bloggers and all other interested parties who wish to participate. Wines to be tasted include Domaine Berrien 2007 Syrah, St Julian Braganini Reserve 2006 Chancellor and St. J Red, Round Barn 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon and Warner Vineyards Veritas.  Log into Twitter on Monday, May 17, at 8 p.m., using either Twitter.com or your favorite Twitter client, such as Hootsuite or TweetChat, search using #ttmi (the hashtag that we will add to all of our posts).

As always, when you taste through the wines, share your impressions and feel free to ask the winemakers any questions you may have. Add #ttmi after every post, to ensure everyone sees it.

See you there!
